What this site is
A landing page and the legal documents of Brod, the training planning and tracking application for coaches and their athletes. Use of the application is governed by its terms of use; data processing by its privacy policy. This page installs no cookies and loads no third-party resources: the typefaces are served from our own server, so opening it tells nobody that you passed by.
Intellectual and industrial property
- Brod's code, texts, design, interface and documentation are the work of Germán Laso and are protected by intellectual property law. © 2026 Germán Ezequiel Laso Andino. All rights reserved.
- Brod, ProfBlu and the Brod mark ("Rebbelib": two currents crossing and two shells on the course) are distinctive signs of Germán Ezequiel Laso Andino. You may not use them without written permission, nor in a way that suggests a relationship that does not exist.
- The logotype lettering derives from Inter, published under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
- Brod is built with open-source software. Those licences are honoured and their notices are available inside the application and in each component's repository where the licence requires it.
- Apple, App Store, TestFlight, Face ID, Google Play and Expo are trademarks of their respective owners, who neither sponsor nor endorse Brod.
You may quote and link to this page. You may not copy the application, its texts or its design for another product.
The application's contents belong to whoever writes them
The training plan is your coach's work. What you record while training is yours. Brod stores them and shows them to whoever the club authorises, and neither claims them as its own nor uses them for anything else. This is set out in detail in the terms of use.
